  • Contractor Management: Lead and manage a remote/distributed team of iOS and Android contract engineers, including sprints and stand-ups.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, hardware engineering, and customer support for seamless integration.

Technical Leadership & Engineering:

  • Technical Architecture: Define and oversee the mobile architecture, ensuring scalability and security.
  • Code Quality & Excellence: Establish best practices, review architectural decisions, and perform code reviews.
  • API Integration: Guide integration with backend APIs, connected IoT devices, and third-party services.
  • Operational Responsibilities: Manage mobile app stores and release processes.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years in mobile applications.

  • Must be located in or willing to commute to Mooresville, NC.
  • Proven track record managing contract or distributed engineering teams.
  • Deep understanding of mobile UX/UI, agile methodologies, and a customer-first mindset.
