Senior Flutter Developer

Mobile Application Development Team | Contract | Hybrid — Charlotte, NC

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. This role focuses on building scalable, responsive, and user-friendly applications for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver innovative mobile solutions that meet business and customer needs.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
  • Build responsive, reusable, and efficient UI components with a focus on performance and usability
  • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality mobile solutions
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase services, and third-party integrations
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize mobile application performance
  • Implement state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX
  • Develop and execute unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests
  • Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to technical standards
  • Publish, monitor, and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
  • Stay current with Flutter releases, mobile development trends, and emerging technologies
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of professional Flutter development experience
  • Strong expertise in Dart programming language
