• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to gain a deep understanding of each client’s unique situation.
• Work collaboratively with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific cultural, emotional, and therapeutic needs, ensuring that they are invested in their healing journey.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in both individual and group therapy settings.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure each client receives immediate support during acute distress.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date clinical documentation compliant with clinic policies and regulatory guidelines, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, equipping them with effective strategies for managing conditions and promoting overall well-being.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers to ensure continuity of care.
• Regularly evaluate treatment efficacy through outcome assessments and adapt treatment plans as necessary to maximize client success.
• Stay abreast of current mental health research and best practices, integrating innovative approaches into clinical work.
• Maintain strict adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards in all client interactions.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Experience with trauma-informed care practices and a familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and technology for remote therapy delivery.

• The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, based on qualifications and experience.
