• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, ensuring all information is collected with empathy and precision.

This role will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults from various backgrounds and with varying mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your clinical expertise will play a vital role in fostering resilience and facilitating recovery among these individuals and their families.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license is mandatory to practice in Illinois.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, particularly solution-focused and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience, particularly within outpatient mental health settings, is highly preferred.
