• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and background, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans that adhere to evidence-based practices.

• Implement and administer individualized therapeutic interventions utilizing a solution-based approach, addressing specific issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and protecting client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and nurses, to provide holistic, coordinated care for our patients.

• Participate in routine case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing care quality and promoting professional development.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics and resources, fostering empowerment and understanding in their treatment journey.

• Stay informed on current research and best practices in the mental health field to continually improve client care and outcomes.

The primary focus of our clinic is to serve a diverse population across White House and its surrounding areas, including individuals of various ages, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. • A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience focused on psychotherapy and counseling.

• Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting.

• Experience working in a community health or outpatient mental health setting.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to efficiently manage patient documentation.

• Ability to engage with clients through teletherapy modalities and virtual platforms.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
