Standard Job Description What You Will Be Doing Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications Flightline operations experience Experience with flight line processes and safety procedures Leadership experience with F35 build Desired Skills Working knowledge of LM manufacturing systems including QualSight, EWI, DOMMS/ALIS. Experience with Lockheed Martin organizational environment of Production Control and MTE's.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
