As a remote team member, you will work in a fully remote setting that eliminates the need for daily commuting, offering you greater flexibility and the ability to create a comfortable work environment. Our practice employs a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring the safety and confidentiality of client interactions while enabling effective therapy sessions from anywhere. • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as couples or family therapy, utilizing secure video conferencing tools.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish client backgrounds, challenges, and goals while ongoing risk evaluations to ensure client safety.
• Create, monitor, and revise treatment plans in collaboration with clients, based on their progress and changing needs, allowing for personalized care.
• Build a trusting therapeutic relationship while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries to foster client engagement and openness.
• Support clients through various challenges, including stress management, coping with anxiety or trauma, and navigating life transitions.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Ease Care Counselling Services, you will work with a wide variety of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional or psychological challenges. You will play a vital role in helping them develop coping strategies, enhance their emotional resilience, and improve their overall mental health. Your expertise will make a significant impact on their journey towards healing and self-discovery.

• An active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license in the state of Florida is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in areas such as trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, and stress management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, with an ability to manage a flexible caseload effectively.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR is highly desirable, as well as any additional trauma-informed training.
• Experience using telehealth platforms for virtual counseling sessions.
• A background in community health services or public health is an advantage.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of $80,000 to $90,000, plus potential bonuses based on caseload and clinical specialties.
