Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as couples or family therapy, utilizing secure video conferencing tools.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), tailored to individual client needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish client backgrounds, challenges, and goals while ongoing risk evaluations to ensure client safety.
  • Create, monitor, and revise treatment plans in collaboration with clients, based on their progress and changing needs, allowing for personalized care.
  • Build a trusting therapeutic relationship while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries to foster client engagement and openness.
  • Support clients through various challenges, including stress management, coping with anxiety or trauma, and navigating life transitions.
