As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Serene Unity Center, your role will encompass a range of essential duties aimed at delivering high-quality therapeutic services:

• Clinical Assessments: Conduct thorough clinical assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client’s unique situation, strengths, and needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and techniques.
• Treatment Planning: Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, integrating evidence-based methodologies to establish realistic and achievable treatment goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement various therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client.

• You hold a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a solid foundation in social work principles.
