As an LCSW with Keep In Touch Counseling Solutions, your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions tailored to client goals.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to compliance and ethical standards.
• Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, counselors, and psychiatrists, to deliver holistic, integrated care.
• Providing ongoing education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health management, coping strategies, and available resources.
• Staying informed on emerging trends and research in mental health practices, to incorporate relevant methodologies into your clinical work.

You will provide support to a diverse client population, including individuals of all ages dealing with various psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your ability to tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of each client will be essential in promoting effective recovery and overall well-being.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW license in good standing with the relevant state board.
• Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) performing clinical assessments and crafting effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using technology and remote platforms to facilitate telehealth services, including teleconferencing and electronic medical records systems.

While not mandatory, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care and familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities (such as CBT or DBT) will be highly regarded. Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural sensitivity in clinical practice is also beneficial.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a robust benefits package that includes:
