Our outpatient model means you'll primarily provide video counseling services to clients in a supportive, professional online environment.

The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for a variety of client-centered tasks, including:

• Conducting ethical and empathetic individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video conferencing platforms.
• Employing evidence-based solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's specific needs.
• Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that outline measurable goals and objectives, facilitating client progress.
• Helping clients gain insights into their emotions, relationships, and behavioral patterns, thus fostering self-awareness and growth.
• Regularly monitoring clients' progress, adapting treatment strategies as needed, and assisting them in building healthy coping mechanisms for stress and life challenges.

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a diverse range of mental health needs. As a therapist, your mission will be to assist these individuals in navigating their challenges, enhancing their quality of life by helping them develop essential skills for emotional well-being. Your expertise will play a crucial role in promoting mental fitness and resilience among our clients.

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, full licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No limitations on licensure (must be able to practice independently) and no history of disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and understanding.
• Proficient computer literacy and comfort using various telehealth tools and software.

While not required, previous experience in teletherapy and knowledge of solution-focused therapeutic approaches will be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with electronic health record systems will enhance your effectiveness in documentation and client management.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, depending on experience and hours worked.
