Both roles are common in the seafood industry but differ in scope and skills required.

What are some common challenges faced in a remote fish cleaning position, and how can they be managed?

In a remote fish cleaning role, one common challenge is maintaining consistent communication with supervisors and team members, since most coordination happens virtually. Additionally, ensuring product quality and adhering to safety standards without direct, on-site supervision can be demanding. To manage these challenges, it's important to establish clear communication channels, use reliable video or photo documentation for quality control, and stay updated on best practices and company policies. Time management and self-motivation are also key, as remote roles often require more independence.
