Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Director of Revenue Enablement based in Netherlands.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build and scale a global revenue enablement engine within a fast-growing technical B2B SaaS environment.
You will own the adoption of a unified enterprise selling methodology across regions, teams, and revenue functions.
Your work will accelerate onboarding, improve seller productivity, strengthen manager effectiveness, and drive measurable commercial outcomes.
You will transform community-led and product-led momentum into repeatable enterprise pipeline and revenue.
Working closely with senior commercial leadership, RevOps, Product, and Product Marketing, you will shape enablement strategy from the ground up.
You will initially lead a small team while establishing the systems, standards, tooling, and measurement framework required to scale globally.
This role offers significant autonomy, visibility, and a clear opportunity to grow into broader executive-level revenue leadership.

Accountabilities
  • Own the global implementation of a consistent enterprise sales methodology, including methodology selection, rollout, certification, reinforcement, and ongoing adoption across sales teams and managers.
  • Develop a scalable playbook for converting community, product-led, and self-service signals into qualified enterprise pipeline and high-value opportunities.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to equip revenue teams with compelling AI-focused messaging, competitive plays, product narratives, and launch enablement.
  • Build a global onboarding and ramp engine covering pre-boarding, training, certification, first-deal support, and ongoing reinforcement.
  • Design programs that measurably reduce time-to-productivity and accelerate time-to-quota for new revenue team members.
  • Develop frontline sales managers through coaching frameworks, deal inspection practices, and forecast discipline that reinforce consistent selling behaviors.
  • Establish an enablement scorecard focused on revenue outcomes such as ramp time, win rate, deal size, forecast accuracy, and pipeline performance.
  • Lead and grow the enablement function, initially managing a small team of individual contributors across sales, SDR, customer success, and partner enablement.
  • Build the enablement infrastructure, including tooling, content systems, certification tracking, reporting, and measurement in partnership with Revenue Operations.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to regional sales leaders across EMEA, the United States, and future markets.
  • Participate directly in deal rooms, QBRs, forecast reviews, and other revenue leadership forums to identify capability gaps and improve execution.
  • Establish scalable enablement standards and operating practices that support continued organizational growth and increasing sales maturity.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling revenue enablement within a developer-tools, open-source, or technical B2B SaaS organization undergoing significant enterprise growth.
  • Proven experience scaling enablement through major GTM hiring waves and periods of rapidly evolving sales maturity.
  • Hands-on experience implementing a company-wide MEDDICC, Command of the Message, value-selling, or comparable enterprise sales methodology from initial selection through certification and sustained reinforcement.
  • Strong track record of designing onboarding programs that measurably improve ramp time and time-to-productivity.
  • Revenue-oriented mindset with experience measuring enablement through commercial outcomes such as deal size, win rate, ramp time, pipeline performance, and forecast accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, coaching methodologies, and the challenges of scaling revenue organizations internationally.
  • Experience leading or developing enablement teams and building scalable operating structures, systems, and processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior sales leaders and cross-functional executives.
  • Experience working directly on enterprise deals or carrying a sales quota is highly valued.
  • Experience enabling product-led or community-led organizations to transition toward enterprise revenue is a strong advantage.
  • Experience positioning AI or ML-driven products for enterprise audiences and using AI-first approaches to solve enablement challenges is beneficial.
  • Experience with Force Management or a similar methodology consultancy, either as a consultant or certified internal champion, is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills, as English is the primary company language.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first, international environment characterized by autonomy, experimentation, and continuous change.
  • Candidates must already have the right to work in their chosen country; visa sponsorship is available for Germany.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation with fair and attractive pay.
  • Equity ownership, providing an opportunity to share in the organization's long-term success.
  • Remote-first working environment across Europe, with regular opportunities for team off-sites and collaboration.
  • 30 days of vacation plus public holidays for employees in Europe.
  • Comprehensive country-specific health, wellness, pension, and financial-security benefits in Europe.
  • $1,000 or equivalent annual learning budget for courses, books, events, coaching, and professional development.
  • Career growth opportunities with the ability to shape a global function and progress toward broader leadership responsibilities.
  • Collaborative, passionate team environment with regular hackathons and opportunities for experimentation.
  • $100 per month to support open-source projects of your choice.
  • Unlimited AI budget to explore tools that improve productivity and creativity.
  • Transparent culture with strong emphasis on autonomy, ownership, empowerment, and continuous learning.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to equal employment opportunities and diversity.
