Job Overview
As a B2B Outside Sales manager (Fire & Life Safety Consultant) for Kitchen Guard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals and properties by providing expert advice and consultation on fire and life safety matters. In addition to technical responsibilities, this position also involves outside sales activities to expand our client base and promote our comprehensive fire and life safety solutions. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop proposals outlining recommended safety solutions, including cost estimates and timelines.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and demonstrations to clients, addressing their specific safety needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of fire and life safety systems.
  • Participate in ongoing safety training to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling, preferably in the fire and life safety industry, commercial HVAC, facility maintenance or restaurant industry.

  • Attention to detail in conducting inspections, preparing reports, and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
