Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

This remote LMHC position is centered on providing practical, consistent mental health support to clients who need a safe and structured space to work through emotional, behavioral, and personal challenges. You will conduct therapy sessions online, help clients understand patterns affecting their day-to-day life, and guide them toward healthier coping skills and treatment goals.

The role involves direct client care, accurate documentation, and steady communication within a professional telehealth model. You will have the opportunity to focus on therapy while working in a setting designed to support both client access and clinician workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients virtually for scheduled mental health counseling sessions
  • Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs
  • Build individualized care plans with clear goals and measurable progress markers
  • Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and adjustment challenges
