• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using recognized evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans that include specific goals and interventions to support the unique needs of each client.
• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to ensure the welfare of clients.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated and coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a thorough and responsible approach to client care.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating a safe space for clients to share and learn from one another.

Your expertise will primarily serve a diverse clientele dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Our patients may be grappling with issues such as substance use, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Through a person-centered approach, your role will help empower clients to build resilience and foster recovery during their treatment at our detox facility.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient or clinical setting is essential.
• Strong proficiency in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities is necessary for effective client support.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills are crucial for interacting with clients and collaborating with peers.

• Experience working with diverse populations and trauma-informed care approaches is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with digital health care platforms for teletherapy can enhance client engagement and treatment efficiency.
• Previous work in a detox or substance use recovery environment is advantageous but not essential.
