This role is designed to be performed remotely with a focus on our Detox Center, offering flexibility while also ensuring that support remains accessible to individuals during critical transitional phases of their recovery. You will collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team, which includes physicians, nurse practitioners, and addiction specialists, creating an environment that fosters both professional growth and a strong sense of community.

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to accurately identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges and goals.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care strategies.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients in distress, facilitating connections to community resources and ensuring safety and support.
• Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, contributing valuable insights during team meetings and case reviews to enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with both organizational guidelines and Tennessee state regulations.
• Develop and implement ongoing educational workshops and support groups for clients and families to promote a deeper understanding of mental health and recovery processes.
• Participate in continuous professional development, attending training sessions and obtaining necessary certifications to stay informed of best practices in mental health care.

The primary client population for this role includes individuals seeking support for substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and co-occurring conditions. You will work with diverse groups, including adolescents and adults, providing culturally sensitive care that addresses the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. • A valid and active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Tennessee, in good standing.
