Job description

The Camesi Agency is a rapidly growing, fully remote brokerage focused on helping families protect their financial futures. We are seeking a results-driven Remote Sales Manager to lead and develop a small, high-performing remote sales team. This role is ideal for an organized, coachable leader who can drive sales performance, implement scalable processes, and support career development within a remote environment. Licensing and training support are provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a remote sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives; maintain ongoing development through role-plays, feedback, and structured coaching.
  • Establish and enforce sales processes, performance standards, and CRM best practices to ensure accurate pipeline management and client records.
  • Monitor team performance using metrics and reporting; identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and training sessions to maintain product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Support complex client consultations as needed and maintain high standards of client service and compliance.
  • Collaborate with leadership to set team goals, develop sales strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, team management, or a comparable supervisory role; experience in remote team management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales representatives, set clear expectations, and drive measurable performance improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a consultative approach to client interactions and team coaching.
