Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized counseling services to clients, focusing on their unique mental health challenges and personal growth.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients through digital platforms to develop personalized treatment plans that encompass individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address symptoms of mental health conditions, trauma, and dual diagnoses effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in our EHR system to ensure compliance with all relevant insurance and regulatory requirements.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development through training, peer reviews, and supervision to enhance your counseling skills and therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications
