• Conduct video therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that best suit each individual’s needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique histories, challenges, and mental health goals.
• Assess and diagnose a variety of emotional and mental disorders such as grief, anxiety, and stress, adjusting approaches as necessary for various client conditions.
• Provide ongoing support and education to clients, equipping them with coping strategies and resources for improved mental health outcomes.
• Utilize our comprehensive online platform for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping to maintain organized and efficient client management.
• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to stay updated on the latest mental health practices.

Your clients in this role will primarily consist of pre-screened adults exhibiting low acuity mental health needs. This means you will be working with stable individuals who are actively seeking support to navigate life’s challenges. The goal is to empower clients in a way that fosters independence and resilience, enabling them to effectively manage their mental health moving forward.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current independent licensure in California, including options such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated proficiency with technology and a high level of comfort using online platforms for therapy delivery.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a deep understanding of the cultural factors that influence mental health.
• Demonstrated skills in developing treatment interventions, including cognitive-behavioral techniques and person-centered therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively document client progress and collaborate with team members.
