• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to establish their mental health needs and develop personalized and effective treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), during virtual sessions to facilitate client progress.
• Implement targeted treatments for clients experiencing PTSD, ensuring a structured therapeutic approach that provides them with tools for managing their symptoms.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and make referrals when necessary, ensuring holistic support for every client.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with ICD-9 guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality of care.
• Engage in family therapy sessions as needed, providing support and strategies that promote the overall wellbeing of clients and their families.

Your main focus will be on a diverse population of adults and families seeking mental health support. You will work closely with clients dealing with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your empathetic approach and strong therapeutic skills will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master's degree in a relevant mental health field, providing you with a solid foundation in counseling theories and practices.
• Possession of an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California is essential, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in telehealth, is required to ensure your readiness for this role.
• Comfort and proficiency in using digital platforms for remote therapy sessions and documentation processes, which are key components of our service delivery.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
