Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Client Caseload Management: Maintain an active caseload of clients, developing rapport and fostering positive, therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Ongoing Client Assessment: Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, stability, and treatment needs, and facilitate timely and appropriate discharge when necessary.
  • Treatment Plan Development: Collaborate with clients to create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and challenges.
  • Document Management: Maintain meticulous records, including documentation of progress notes and updated treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
