Key Responsibilities

  • Individual Therapy Sessions: Provide empathetic counseling tailored to each client's needs, guiding them through exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing personalized coping strategies.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that cater directly to their unique challenges and aspirations.

  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, share expertise, and consult on challenging cases.
  • Empower and Inspire: Play a crucial role in motivating clients and their families to embrace change, achieve recovery, and restore hope.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on teens and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique challenges related to the transition into adulthood, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, and substance use. Your expertise and empathetic approach will directly contribute to their healing and development.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health treatment, ideally with young adults.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to inspire and connect with clients effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with adolescent or young adult populations.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote counseling.
  • Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a robust financial package, we offer a comprehensive benefits plan that includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and generous paid time off to ensure you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
