Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional well-being, utilizing a variety of clinical tools and methods.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs, ensuring the inclusion of achievable goals and measurable outcomes.
• Provide therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions, tailored to meet the client's specific circumstances.
• Assess and track client progress regularly, modifying treatment approaches based on therapeutic outcomes and client feedback.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention when necessary, providing support to clients in distress and facilitating access to additional resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records to adhere to legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record systems for documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Stay current with developments in mental health research, demonstrating a commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous education.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions, trainings, and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Comply with the ethical guidelines and professional standards established by relevant licensing boards and organizations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at Tranquil Oasis, you will serve a diverse and varied client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with clients and staff.
