Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Lead Actimize Developer for our client in the Banking domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract to Hire position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire

Location: Remote

Salary: $130,000-$150,000/Annually.

Role: Lead Actimize Developer

Primary Skills: Actimize

Role Description: The Lead Actimize Developer must have 5-7 years of experience. As the Lead Actimize Developer, you will serve as the technical expert and hands-on leader within the fraud and financial crime technology segment.

The role combines deep Actimize development expertise with strong leadership and consulting capability in a fast-paced Agile environment. As the successful candidate, you will design, develop, and maintain critical fraud detection applications, lead technical teams, and collaborate across multiple channels and departments within the bank.

Skills:

- Actimize ActOne 6.5, 6.6

- Actimize IFM-x 10.1

- Oracle 19c

- SQL

- Linux (RHEL 8.x)

- Agile Methodologies

- Proven Leadership Experience (team or technical lead)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Apache 8.x / 9.x

- Java

- Experience in consulting environments or multi-team collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead design, development, and maintenance of Actimize IFM-x and ActOne solutions.

- Partner with architects and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure Actimize configurations.

- Guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on Actimize 6.5/6.6 and IFM-x 10.1 platforms.

- Conduct system tuning, database query optimization, and performance improvements.

- Ensure production stability through proactive issue identification, root cause analysis, and resolution.

- Coordinate with vendors, manage RFP evaluations, and provide technical leadership during integrations.

- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.

- Remain proactive in learning new technologies (2–3 per year expected).

- Collaborate across teams to deliver in a high-stress, deadline-driven environment.

- Support disaster recovery planning, automation initiatives, and preventative maintenance strategies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Bachelors preferred but not required, experience is more important)

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
