Job description

Content Marketing Lead | Remote Role
TechStaffers has been retained by a mission-driven Series A Fintech startup to find a powerhouse Content Marketing Manager.
Our client is solving one of the most expensive problems in banking: financial crime compliance. Their platform automates the screening of sanctioned entities and money laundering risks, allowing compliance teams to move at the speed of modern commerce.
Having recently secured a major Series A round backed by industry-leading investors, they are looking for a storyteller who can turn complex data into narratives that catch the eye of the WSJ, NYT, and Bloomberg.
Full-time Position with salary and competitive benefits package.
The Role
Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you will lead the charge in defining the brand's voice. This is a "full-funnel" role-you aren't just writing blogs; you are building a category.
Day-to-Day Impact:
  • Narrative Authority: Write high-impact blog posts, white papers, and newsletters that simplify complex regulatory landscapes for B2B buyers.
  • Multi-Channel Execution: Own the content lifecycle from a deep-dive research piece to "snackable" LinkedIn content and webinar scripts.
  • Strategic Growth: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and influence the company's content OKRs.
  • Cross-Functional Sync: Work closely with Product and Sales to ensure messaging isn't just "fluff," but a sharp tool for conversion.
  • Digital Stewardship: Manage the company's web presence (Webflow/Squarespace) and social platforms to maintain a high-growth aesthetic.
The Profile
  • Experience: 3-5 years in B2B Content Marketing. Crucially, you have spent at least 1+ year in the startup trenches.
  • Subject Matter Interest: You have a fascination with (or experience in) fintech, enterprise software, or the regulatory space.
  • Data-Driven: You are proficient in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and SEO/AEO measurement. You don't just create content; you prove it works.
  • Design-Adjacent: You have a "good eye" and are comfortable using Figma and Canva to polish assets.
  • Tooling: You are a HubSpot power user and know how to navigate LinkedIn for organic and paid growth.
  • Education: Undergrad degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
