While the primary hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, occasional flexibility may be necessary based on patient scheduling needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments employing solution-focused interventions to tailor personalized treatment plans for each client based on their individual circumstances.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness methods, adjusting techniques to fit the therapeutic needs of each individual.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, engaging in case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the standards of care provided within our organization.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment modalities available, and community resources that can support their recovery.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health to integrate innovative practices into your work.

Our practice serves a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship challenges. • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.
• An active state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent) is essential for this position.
