What you will do:
The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of analyzing codes and regulations to make financial decisions. The Financial Analyst performs high-level accounting services in property accounting, grant management, financial reporting, and internal controls, reconciling the general ledger, maintaining federal fixed asset inventory control records, and fund-based accounting system setup.

  • Review financial data for trends and variances. Analyze results to evaluate effectiveness of operations and identify potential improvements.
  • Possesses strong data analysis skills with the ability to organize, summarize and communicate findings and results.
  • Reconcile client data across sources and systems to ensure accurate balances.
  • Assist with preparing and reviewing annual budgets for a variety of programs and developments
  • Attention to detail in performing calculations to ensure accuracy of ledgers and reports.
  • Setting up financial reports and designing them for accuracy and sustainability.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in learning systems and applying skills for streamlining processes. Prior experience in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Access preferred.

  • Must pass the pre-employment background check.
