As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier .

The Senior Analyst, Finance will work closely with the Director, Finance in supports  Behavioral Health facilities with analysis, monthly preparation and analysis of the ABL borrowing base, RCA/Tableau standard report development and maintenance, internal control monitoring and enforcement, and ad hoc analysis around Accounts Receivable, Cash, and Net Revenue.

How you'll contribute 

Senior Analyst, Finance who excels in this role:

  • Provide analytical support to the net revenue oversight program, including creation of hindsight studies, interpretation of hindsight results and ad hoc revenue analysis. Develop expertise with the RCA system.

  • Understand and support critical activities relative to internal control of revenue and receivables accounting. Work with internal and external auditors in the application and walkthroughs of key controls.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly Cash/AR Realization Analyses: update RCA cash runout documents, complete the 24-month realization and 12-month cash projection, and compile the Debit AR Reconciliation (DAR Analysis) each month. Identify significant variances for further review and analysis.

  • Update the monthly calculation of the borrowing base for the ABL and provide analysis of the major drivers for the change in availability month-over-month. Assist with the annual borrowing base audit.

  • Assist in the update and preparation of the quarterly AR and Net Revenue Memo.

  • Prepare the quarterly AFDA and Bad Debt Analyses and identify causes for variances to trend or expectations.

  • Update meeting materials for the Net Revenue Oversight Committee meeting and monthly Division CFO call.

  • RCA parameters updates for all hospitals and physician network each month: ZBA and hindsight ranges, MRA052 analysis.

  • Complete the RCA GL account balance compliance analysis and compilation of Out-of-Model entry reviews.

  • Monitor compliance with RCA internal control procedures. This includes the quarterly performance of User Access Review and monthly review of certain RCA checklist items for all hospitals.

  • Complete monthly reconciliations for RCA AR ATB, ART, and Gross Charges.

  • Perform ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

  • Regular and reliable attendance.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3 years of accounting and finance experience required; healthcare experience preferred.
