The Go-to-Market (GTM) Finance team leads decision support for company-wide pivotal initiatives, drives business insights focused on cutting-edge business issues, and delivers bookings, churn, revenue, and top-line critical metric reporting and forecasting. This fast-paced role provides an outstanding opportunity to drive strategic analytics and decision support in a cross-functional B2B SaaS organization across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

In this role, you will partner directly with business leaders in Sales and Marketing to optimize operational performance through revenue, cost, and efficiency metrics. You will maintain the company's operating model and strategic plans, and act as a trusted advisor to help our business units solve difficult problems, build business cases, and maximize ROI on marketing spend and customer acquisition. The Day to Day
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Build dynamic, long-term relationships with Executives and VP teams across the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue organizations to analyze business performance and drive strategic capital and operational resource allocation.

  • Financial Modeling & Planning: Build and manage dynamic, scalable financial models and multi-year plans, developing compelling outputs that track bookings, revenue, and core SaaS metrics.

  • Core Metrics & ROI Analysis: Formulate high-value analysis and deep dives into critical metrics such as LTV:CAC, sales efficiency, marketing funnel performance, and return on investment (ROI) to inform better commercial decisions.

  • Budgeting & Rolling Forecasts: Lead monthly and quarter-end financial processes, driving formal budget reviews and rolling forecasts to ensure operational expenses are tightly aligned month to month and gaps vs. plan are proactively addressed.

  • Data Storytelling & Executive Reporting: Prepare business cases, sensitivity analyses, and executive-ready reports or dashboards to present insights, trends, risks, and opportunities clearly to leadership and the broader business.

Your Expertise and Passion
  • Experience: 3+ years of financial analyst experience on a Strategic Finance or FP&A team at a fast-growing company, or background in investment banking, consulting, or private equity. Previous SaaS industry experience is highly preferred.

  • SaaS Metrics Mastery: Deep operational understanding of SaaS business models, customer acquisition funnels, and core metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), LTV, CAC, and sales productivity.

  • Analytical Excellence: Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills with a demonstrated ability to handle very large "raw" data sets with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness.

  • Systems & Tools Accumen: Experience with financial planning and business intelligence tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Looker, or Salesforce is a significant plus.

  • Strategic Thinker & Communicator: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with an ability to distill complex financial scenarios into structured frameworks and tell a story through data.

Target Compensation: $110.000.00 - $120.000.00

Base Salary Range

$88,000.00 - $121,000.00

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
