Job description

Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Contract Close Out Specialist and Financial Analyst. Responsibilities: * Responsible for all duties related to Verification and Validation reviews of obligations at S&T. * Ensure the V&V certification letters are certified accordingly.

* Perform the quarterly Obligation Analysis, update S&T's V&V master file, provide ad hoc reports, validate the V&V recoveries, and obtain financial support documentation needed for the V&V process. * Complete all closeout contract actions (Cost, Time and Material, Labor Hour, Fixed Priced contracts, and Intra/Inter Agency Agreements. * Assist in the day-to-day activities concerning the processing of Procurement Requisitions and producing reports as needed by the government.

Requirements: * โ€ข B.S. or B.A. degree from an accredited college or university.

* Over 10 years of experience in government verification and validation and closeout process.
