This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while ensuring that you provide high-quality care. Our outpatient office is equipped with the latest technology to support virtual counseling sessions and facilitate collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, enabling you to connect effortlessly with colleagues and clients. • Provide high-quality counseling that addresses the emotional and behavioral needs of clients through individual and group sessions.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate and compliant client documentation and treatment plans.
• Engage with other professionals in the multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care strategies aimed at improving client outcomes.
• Conduct thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique situation and goals.
• Participate in community outreach programs and events to enhance client relationships and awareness about mental health issues.

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families navigating a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. With a culturally diverse client base, you will apply evidence-based practices to match the specific needs and preferences of each client, fostering a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• A valid independent mental health licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health settings, demonstrating familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques.

Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth technologies and experience working with diverse client populations will enhance your ability to excel in this role.

The annual compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
