• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and identify their individual needs.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to assist clients in managing their mental health challenges.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulatory standards, ensuring the security of client information.
• Participate in collaborative treatment planning alongside a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, sharing insights and recommendations during regular case consultations and peer review meetings.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available resources, empowering them to engage in their care actively.
• Stay updated with current trends, research, and developments in mental health care to continually enhance your practice.
• Manage a thorough caseload of clients with efficiency, ensuring that all therapeutic interventions are delivered timely and effectively while adhering to professional ethical standards.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise will help individuals struggling with anxiety disorders, depressive states, trauma, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. Utilizing a trauma-informed approach, your interventions will address not only the symptoms but also the broader context of each client’s life.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active license to practice in the state of Florida as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Demonstrable proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques and therapeutic modalities.
