• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gather essential information about students' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, identifying areas that require intervention.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear objectives tailored to each student's specific challenges and goals.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes aimed at promoting emotional health and resilience among students.
• Work collaboratively with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to integrate mental health support into the students' academic environment.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment to address urgent mental health needs, ensuring student safety and well-being.
• Maintain thorough documentation of sessions in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring data is accurate and timely.
• Stay updated on the latest best practices in social work, contributing to team discussions to enhance service delivery across the organization.
