Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.
Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.
We just closed our Series B for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 52 employees.
We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring a ย Remote Customer Support Rep with experience in the following:
ย 
  • Supporting SaaS applications
  • Basic knowledge of cloud offerings, tools, operating systems, and browsers
  • Experience communicating with clients via phone, email, chat, and video

You will be the first point of contact when our ย customers are having issues.
This includes things like acting as a technical advisor, leading complex onboarding and/or integrations, product configurations across multiple teams, and troubleshooting/resolving technical issues
