Wisepath partners closely with financial advisors, CPAs, attorneys, and other specialists to provide clients with comprehensive, coordinated planning designed to build, protect, and transfer wealth with confidence.
Due to continued growth and expansion, Wisepath is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor with a CPA designation to support high-value clients and help scale its advisory platform.
Position Overview
This is a W-2 salaried position with uncapped commission potential, offering the stability of a base salary combined with significant earning upside.
As a Financial Advisor at Wisepath, you will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering customized financial strategies while collaborating with a team of specialists across tax, estate, and retirement planning. This role is ideal for a professional who values a holistic planning approach and wants to leverage their CPA expertise to deliver deeper client value.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, estate, and tax-efficient strategies
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and client discovery meetings
  • Provide guidance across investments, insurance, tax strategy, and wealth preservation
  • Build, manage, and retain long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal specialists (tax, legal, retirement) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Educate clients by simplifying complex financial concepts into actionable strategies
  • Ensure full compliance with fiduciary standards and industry regulations
Qualifications
  • Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license
  • AEP (Accredited Estate Planner) designation
  • Active securities licenses:
    • Series 65 or Series 7 & 66
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License
  • Experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or tax-focused planning
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex strategies clearly
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Preferred Experience & Credentials
  • Experience working with federal employees, military personnel, or government benefits systems
  • Background in advanced tax planning, estate planning, or trust strategies

  • Existing book of business or established referral network
  • Familiarity with FERS, CSRS, TSP, or military retirement systems
