Job description

Job Description:
The primary function of this position is to grow sales of the DEXIS small equipment product lines by finding self-generated leads, following up on leads from marketing campaigns, as well as working with current and perspective customers to place additional product. Successful Sales Executive's will build strong partnerships with their assigned outside Sales Managers, as well as dealer partners to identify opportunities and grow sales within their assigned territory.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively make outbound calls to uncover and close sales opportunities to existing.
  • Aggressively follow up on marketing generated leads.
  • Maintain necessary database entries, spreadsheets, charts, files of communications and orders.
  • Other outbound sales related duties/projects as directed.
  • Providing customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Generating and qualify leads through referrals.
  • Flexible schedule in order to accommodate 8am - 5pm in all 4 US mainland time zones. (potentially until 8pm EST).
  • Be willing to travel up to 5% of the time
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3 + years over the phone/Inside Sales experience
  • 3 + years experience of self-generating leads

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience selling capital equipment over the phone
  • Experience with following up on leads
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems preferred
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communications Skills
  • Excellent Collaborative Behavior Skills
