• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly assessing and adjusting them based on client progress and feedback.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment history in compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.
• Utilize telehealth-specific tools and methodologies to enhance engagement and treatment efficacy, including video conferencing software and electronic health records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care and support client well-being.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development sessions to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will work primarily with adults facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other psychological disorders. You will use your expertise to create a safe virtual space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and working towards meaningful change.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active licensure to practice as a mental health therapist in your state, including LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic techniques and interventions suitable for remote settings.
• Proficiency in using technology for therapy delivery and client management.

• Previous experience providing individual or group therapy remotely.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with telehealth regulations and ethical considerations specific to online therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored to remote client interactions.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
