Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our Operations Team and Field Technicians. Skills needed to provide remote support, documentation, tracking, and process improvement tasks. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will support operational efficiency through documentation, process flow management, and effective follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and document operational tasks and workflows
  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems using standard file naming conventions
  • Support resolution of escalations from remote technicians in the field
  • Create folders, prepare documentation, and manage data inputs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline processes
  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Provide internal customer service and support through clear communication
  • Use SharePoint and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) effectively
