This role is entirely remote, allowing you to dedicate yourself to providing exceptional care without the constraints of a traditional office setting. You will be working primarily with students in a virtual school environment, engaging with educational staff and mental health professionals to ensure that our clients receive holistic support tailored to their educational and emotional needs. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs and establish tailored treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals that address the specific challenges faced by each client, continually adjusting them based on progress.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate their emotions and experiences.
• Collaborate with educational professionals, psychiatrists, and other mental health practitioners to provide integrated support that addresses all facets of a child’s well-being.
• Educate and involve families in the treatment process, empowering them to be active participants in their loved one's recovery through workshops and resources.
• Maintain confidential and accurate client records to comply with professional ethical standards and state regulations.

You will primarily be supporting children and adolescents coping with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Our clinic emphasizes a culturally responsive approach, and you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, understanding their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A strong foundation in mental health counseling principles, demonstrated through specialized training or extensive experience in the field.
• Proven knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating various mental health disorders.
• Exceptional skills in building rapport with clients, motivating them throughout their healing journey.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, ensuring effective collaboration across the treatment team.

• Experience working specifically within school environments or with child and adolescent populations.
• Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and related technology to provide remote therapy services effectively.
• Familiarity with school policies, educational systems, and how mental health services can best integrate within them.
