Job description

Remote Field Operator
Are you ready to take your upstream production expertise to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Field Operator III to join our team remotely, supporting vital operations from the comfort of your location. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects in the upstream oil and gas sector, managing wellhead production and ensuring smooth operations across key US regions. If you thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for field operations, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
As a Remote Field Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing upstream production activities primarily from the wellhead. You'll leverage your experience to monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot well operations, ensuring safety and efficiency while supporting the broader field team. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to coordinate remotely with on-site personnel.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience with upstream production operations, specifically at the wellhead
  • Strong understanding of lease and production operations, not from refinery settings
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot field equipment remotely
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for safety and operational efficiency

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in West Texas, New Mexico, Bakken, or Oklahoma regions
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and reporting standards in upstream operations
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring technology and data analysis tools

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant upstream or field operations experience

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work a 14-day on / 14-day off schedule
  • Ability to work remotely from Spring, TX, or other designated locations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass any required background checks

Ready to bring your field expertise to a forward-thinking team? Apply now through Brooke to join a project delivering impactful results in the oil and gas industry!
