• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs and relevant challenges.
• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and substance use disorders.
• Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn from one another.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the specific goals and needs of each client, involving them in the planning process.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to crisis situations by conducting risk assessments, offering immediate support, and coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
• Engage in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development to keep abreast of best practices, industry developments, and licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive and integrated care approach for clients.

• Professional experience with specialized therapeutic techniques such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and addiction counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience in crisis intervention and handling emergency situations effectively.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methods is preferred, given our clinic's focus on providing care from a distance.
