The Travis Mental Health Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through virtual consultations, utilizing video conferencing tools to ensure engagement and clarity during sessions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation, utilizing therapeutic methodologies aligned with their specific goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages personal growth and resilience.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Utilize our integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to track client data, streamline workflow, and enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, participating in regular case review meetings to discuss client progress and share insights.
• Engage in continuous professional development through internal and external training programs, refining your therapeutic skills and staying current with industry best practices.

In this role, you will work primarily with pre-screened, low-acuity clients seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Our client-focused approach ensures that each individual receives the personalized care they need to thrive, fostering a safe and supportive virtual environment where they can openly discuss their challenges and aspirations.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is required for practice.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly within the Google Suite and EHR systems, to facilitate efficient documentation and client management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling role is preferred.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and methodologies is highly desirable, highlighting your adaptability to remote care delivery methods.
• Demonstrated commitment to continued professional development in the mental health field.

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
