This role is designed to be performed remotely, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while reaching clients who rely on our services. • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, creating individualized treatment plans that align with established therapeutic goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques in one-on-one sessions that address various mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Utilize virtual platforms to provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for diverse client populations, including those facing geographical or mobility barriers.
• Engage actively with clients, encouraging open dialogue and providing continuous feedback while tracking their progress throughout the treatment process.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and in a timely fashion, adhering to both ethical and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to augment your clinical expertise, staying updated with the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Our diverse client base includes individuals from various backgrounds facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. • A current and valid state-issued license in one of the following: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that aid in forming trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A strong sense of empathy and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions, promoting an atmosphere of safety and openness.
• Demonstrated organizational skills to manage client caseloads effectively while upholding administrative responsibilities.

• Prior experience in a private practice or telehealth setting, with a proven track record of successful client outcomes.
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR) and the ability to adapt methodologies to fit the unique needs of clients.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or minority communities, is considered an asset.
