This role is fully remote, giving you the freedom to conduct therapy sessions from anywhere, empowering both you and your clients. You will utilize the Simple Practice platform to securely communicate with clients via video conferencing and messaging. This setup not only enhances accessibility but also allows you to maintain a flexible schedule that accommodates your professional and personal needs. • Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to identify needs and establish treatment goals.
• Create personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique challenges and strengths of each client.
• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities appropriate for the client's demographic and individual circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in regular communication and consultations with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care across disciplines.
• Monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed, based on evidence-based practices and client feedback.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Your clientele will primarily include individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, particularly those navigating trauma and grief as part of their hospice care journey. You will play a vital role in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, and adjustment disorders, providing essential therapeutic support aimed at enhancing emotional well-being during challenging times.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work.
• Current licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is mandatory.
• Strong background in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, tailored for a telehealth environment.
• Proficient in conducting virtual appointments and adept at using telehealth technology.

• At least 2 years of experience in psychotherapy with adolescents, adults, and couples.
• Prior experience in remote or telehealth settings is highly desirable.
• Experience working within hospice or palliative care environments is a plus.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
