Job Duties:
This position is responsible for ideating and producing a wide variety of creative, high-quality graphic design deliverables for the UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association marketing, communication, engagement and fundraising efforts including print materials, publications, and other venues.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare marketing and promotional materials for all UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association programs and entities.
  • Transform ideas into draft and final layouts by employing expertise in design, layout, and

  • Master the university and UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association identity standards and be able to advise others.

The UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association strives to advance the mission of UW-Stout Polytechnic through building relationships with alumni, friends, supporters and industry partners of the university. As Wisconsin's only Polytechnic University, corporate and business partnerships provide resources that transform UW-Stout Polytechnic students' experience, in and outside of the classroom.
The person filling this position will be joining a dynamic team that is responsible for the acquisition and stewardship of philanthropic resources for UW-Stout Polytechnic.

Compensation:
Minimum starting salary of $41,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience taking a project from ideation to production
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software
  • Ability to explain concepts to clients in a professional and clear manner

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated familiarity with higher education
  • Skills in writing, video, photography or web considered a plus
