  • Partner with strategy and client leadership to shape briefs, identify opportunities, and influence brand direction

  • Provide senior-level art direction and creative oversight, guiding teams through execution without compromising the idea

  • Lead, mentor, and grow creative teams, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement

  • Champion creative integrity throughout production, ensuring the vision is protected from concept through final delivery

  • Stay deeply connected to culture and emerging platforms, bringing forward-thinking, relevant ideas to every engagement

What You'll Bring
  • 8-12+ years of agency experience with a portfolio demonstrating award-worthy, social-first, campaign-driven work

  • Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale, integrated campaigns rooted in strong conceptual thinking

  • A track record of setting creative direction and elevating the work across teams, brands, and disciplines

  • Deep cultural fluency and an instinctive understanding of how brands earn attention in today's landscape

  • Exceptional creative judgment across art, copy, and storytelling, with a high bar for craft and execution

  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience building and developing high-performing creative teams

  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and selling bold ideas with clarity and conviction

  • Strong production knowledge, with the ability to bring ambitious ideas to life at the highest level

Additional Info
  • Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)

  • Flexible time off, including paid vacation and sick days

  • Consistent culture and team-building events

  • Employee recognition and incentive programs

  • Seasonal celebrations and gatherings throughout the year

  • Office lunches

  • Branded company swag

  • Access to industry events, learning opportunities, and non-profit outreaches

  • Dog-friendly offices

  • Unlimited coffee, drinks, and snacks

  • Flex work and travel options
