Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns, developing tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions using evidence-based psychological methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant modalities.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set and monitor therapeutic goals, ensuring regular feedback and adjustments to treatment approaches as necessary.
• Utilize our teletherapy tools to provide virtual sessions, adapting your techniques to suit clients who may have accessibility challenges or prefer remote consultations.
• Document client interactions and progress accurately, adhering to ethical standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills, learn about emerging therapeutic practices, and maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop trusting, therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges.
• Well-organized and adept at managing time effectively, allowing for proper case load management and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth therapy is highly valued, as well as familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Proven track record of using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or the elderly, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
