Our remote work setting provides flexibility, allowing counselors to connect with clients securely and effectively from the comfort of their homes. Conscious Therapy operates seven days a week, with hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, fostering a flexible schedule tailored to your work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments, enabling the evaluation of patients' trauma histories and identification of suitable treatment methodologies.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, centered on trauma recovery and resilience enhancement.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients address trauma, cultivate coping skills, and support emotional recovery.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated care essential for comprehensive patient support.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, offering critical emotional and psychological support.
• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms to navigate challenges more effectively.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development focused on trauma-informed care practices.
• Stay current with the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy through continuous education and training.

Our counselors work with a varied client base, including individuals navigating trauma from different backgrounds and life experiences. The center is committed to offering care that respects and understands patients' unique narratives and needs, enabling tailored therapeutic approaches for optimal treatment outcomes.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, are essential.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems is necessary for efficient documentation and management of client care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team structure.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is preferred, particularly in trauma-focused therapies.
• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and effective, trauma-informed treatment modalities.
• Experience in delivering trauma-focused interventions with positive outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. Employees are entitled to:
