This full-time remote role operates within a telehealth framework, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in addressing mental health needs. You will utilize advanced telehealth technologies to engage with clients and supervise students effectively, ensuring that our clinical services maintain the highest standards despite the physical distance. • Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or completing their Master’s degree, fostering their clinical skills and professional development.
• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions to support clients in their unique healing journeys.
• Work collaboratively with allied health professionals and community resources to enhance the holistic care provided to clients.
• Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients, ensuring adherence to therapeutic best practices.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress comprehensively, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current research, therapy techniques, and practice advancements to ensure the highest quality of care.

Our therapy services focus primarily on adults and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• A valid, unrestricted state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice as a mental health clinician.
• Current professional liability insurance.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a proven track record of effective therapeutic practices.
• Experience supervising practicum students or trainees, along with a passion for educational mentoring.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, with an enticing sign-on bonus of $3,000 to welcome you to our team.
