Your impact will be measured through the quality of sales support, forecast and pipeline accuracy, timely reporting, effective use of sales tools, and the ability to help the team deliver a strong customer experience across hospitality opportunities.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, validate, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement across the hospitality business.
  • Support the sales team in creating and maintaining accurate forecasts, opportunity records, and pipelines for INNCOM and Onity solutions.
  • Partner with sales representatives to coordinate opportunity qualification, proposal development, customer follow-up, and sales-cycle administration.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that track sales activity, pipeline health, performance metrics, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Engineering, and Product Marketing to streamline sales processes and support integration initiatives and customer solutions.
  • Help structure work plans, coordinate analysis, and prepare clear recommendations, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training and day-to-day support to sales team members on Salesforce, sales tools, processes, and data-quality expectations.
  • Maintain awareness of hospitality market dynamics, guestroom automation and energy management trends, and customer requirements that may affect sales execution.
  • Build productive working relationships with ownership and management groups, consultants, engineers, contractors, partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting best practices, identifying process gaps, and implementing practical solutions with limited direction.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, technical sales support, sales enablement, or a related customer-facing commercial role.
  • Proven experience supporting sales processes, forecasts, pipelines, reports, dashboards, or opportunity management.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and data-quality practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to support technical solutions, proposals, integrations, or customer initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage multiple priorities, and deliver accurate work with limited direction.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly guestroom automation, energy management, hotel technology, electronic locking, or connected-room solutions.
  • Knowledge of Honeywell INNCOM and Onity platforms or similar hospitality technology portfolios.
  • Salesforce experience, including opportunity, pipeline, forecast, and reporting workflows.
  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of hospitality market dynamics, customer decision processes, and technical solution selling.
  • Experience supporting relationships with hotel ownership and management groups, consultants, engineers, contractors, integrators, or channel partners.
  • Strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a continuous-improvement approach.
  • Strong technical aptitude combined with attention to detail and commercial judgment.
  • Experience supporting pipeline generation, revenue performance, profitability, and sales excellence objectives.
  • Ability to contribute effectively as both an independent owner and a collaborative team member.
